What’s different
Most connectors help Claude make things. Journey tells Claude what happened next.
Sending a shared link
- One link for everyone you sent it to
- No way to tell who opened it
- The chat ends when you hit send
- Your follow-up is a guess

Questions people ask
How is this different from sharing a link from Claude?+

Is it available now?+
Yes. Every Journey customer can add it in Claude today. ChatGPT is coming soon.
Do I need a Journey account?+

Where in Claude does it work?+
In Claude on the web, the desktop app and Cowork. Journey isn’t in Claude’s connector directory yet, so you add it as a custom connector. Free plans can add one custom connector.
What can Claude tell me about the people I sent it to?+
Who opened their link, when, and how often they came back. Ask in any chat with Journey switched on, or check it in the Journey app.
Can Claude add a password or an NDA?+
Claude can ask for an email before anyone opens the page. Passwords, NDAs and expiry dates are set in the Journey app.
Can Claude see every page in our workspace?+
Only what you can. Claude signs in as you, so it reaches the pages and files your Journey account can, and nothing else. You can switch Journey off in any chat, or disconnect it in Claude’s connector settings.
Does Claude send anything for me?+
No. Claude builds the page, makes the links and drafts the follow-up. You review it and send it from your own inbox. The people you send it to get a normal Journey link.
