Why send a candidate shortlist with Journey
Slow feedback loses candidates. A link per committee member shows you who hasn't opened the shortlist, so you nudge the right person before your finalist takes another offer.

Yes. Claude can require an email before it opens. In the Journey app, add an NDA or a password, and set the link to expire after the search.
Can I see which committee member opened it?
Yes. Give each member their own link to see when they opened it and whether they came back.
Can I control who opens it?
Yes. Require an NDA, an email or a password, set the link to expire, or limit it to approved emails and domains.
What does Claude do, and what does Journey do?
