Who came back
Every person gets their own link to this page. Journey shows who opened it, when, and who came back.
One came back three times. One opened it once. Two haven't opened it yet.
You send it. Then you guess.
RFP answers go into a portal or a 90-page Word document.
The committee splits it up and nobody sees the whole picture.
You find out you lost when the decision email arrives.
How it works

The prompt for Claude
ChatGPT coming soonTurn our RFP answers for [COMPANY] into a response page in Journey. Open with a one-page executive summary, then the answers by section, our security documents, two references and pricing. Require an email before anyone can view it, and make a link for each committee member.
Why send an RFP response with Journey
RFP teams split the reading. A link per evaluator shows you who opened it and who came back, so your Q&A prep starts with the people paying attention.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can I add our security documents?
Yes. Add PDFs, links and videos. Claude can require an email before anything opens, and you can add an NDA in the Journey app.
Do we still submit through their portal?
Yes. Submit the required files as usual and include your Journey link for the full picture.
Can I control who opens it?
Yes. Require an NDA, an email or a password, set the link to expire, or limit it to approved emails and domains.
What does Claude do, and what does Journey do?
Claude drafts the RFP response and builds the page. Journey hosts it, gives each person their own link, applies the gates and turns opens, time and clicks into signals you can ask Claude about.
